Welcome to Duskbrew! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Duskbrew. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

 


SECTION 1 – COFFEE PRODUCTS & FRESHNESS

All our coffee products are roasted to order.

  • Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, coffee is a natural agricultural product; flavor profiles may vary slightly between batches.
  • Packaging: The appearance of packaging may vary slightly from images on your screen due to device settings.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction (currently limited to the United States).

SECTION 2 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

Because our coffee is perishable and roasted specifically for you:

  • Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • Cancellations: Once an order enters the roasting process (typically within 24 hours of placement), it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Personal Use: You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 3 – SUBSCRIPTIONS (THE DUSKBREW RITUAL)

If you opt for a subscription:

  • Billing: You will be charged automatically based on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks).
  • Management: You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Duskbrew Account Portal.
  • Cut-off: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled roast, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your billing date.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We partner with Roastify and premium carriers to ensure fast delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer the products to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), the risk of loss and title passes to you.
  • Estimated Times: Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Geographic Scope: We currently only ship within the United States.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee and food safety regulations:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on coffee bags (opened or unopened).
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at support@duskbrew.com within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement.
  • Remedy: Our sole liability for damaged goods is a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Our store is powered by Shopify and uses third-party apps like Appstle (for subscriptions).

  • We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the use of these third-party tools or links. Your use of these tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including the Duskbrew name and logo, is the intellectual property of Duskbrew. You may not reproduce or use our branding without express written permission.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Duskbrew, our directors, officers, or service providers (including Roastify and Shopify) be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
