Thank you for choosing Duskbrew. We are committed to delivering the freshest coffee experience directly to your doorstep. To ensure peak flavor, our coffee is roasted to order and shipped shortly after fulfillment.
1. Shipping Territory
Currently, Duskbrew only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Fulfillment & Roasting Time
Since we prioritize freshness, every order requires a dedicated period for roasting and packaging before it is handed over to the carrier:
- Fulfillment Window: Please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed and roasted.
- Roasting Schedule: Our master roasters prepare your beans shortly after your order is confirmed to ensure maximum freshness.
- Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.
- Standard Shipping: $4.50 flat rate.
- Subscriber Shipping: FREE on all subscription recurring orders.
- Estimated Transit Time: Once fulfilled, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination and carrier conditions.
- Total Delivery Estimate: Most customers receive their fresh coffee within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Order Tracking & "Pre-Transit" Status
Once your order is roasted and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Important Note on Tracking: It is common for packages to remain in "Pre-Transit" status for a short period. This occurs while the carrier (USPS) moves the package to their local facility before the initial scan. Your package is moving even if the status hasn't updated yet.
- Carrier Delays: Please note that weather conditions (such as blizzards) or high seasonal volume can occasionally extend transit times beyond our control.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Duskbrew is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us at support@duskbrew.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your Order Number.
- Photos of the damage.
- A brief description of the issue. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.
