Our Promise Every bag is roasted to order and shipped directly to you. We stand behind the quality of every cup. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@duskbrew.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

Lost in Transit If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reship your order at no additional cost.

Food Safety & Sealed Goods Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened bags. This is standard practice in the specialty coffee industry to ensure the safety and quality of every customer's experience.

Not What You Expected? We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if Broken Top did not meet your flavor expectations, reach out to us. We genuinely value your feedback and will do our best to find a solution that leaves you satisfied.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require a reshipment fee for a second delivery attempt.
